Farshid Aryanfar is Senior Director at pSemi, a muRata company, where he is leading Connectivity and mm-Wave teams.  He received his PhD from the University of Michigan in 2004 and previously was Vice President of Technology at Straight Path Communications and Senior Director and Head of RF and Analog lab at Samsung Research America, where he led the implementation of mm-Wave 5G mobiles and base station radios incorporating phased array in commercial application.  He is the author and inventor of more than 50 papers and 45 patents in circuits, antennas and radios.
