On November 13, 2018, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine organized a colloquium on 5G technologies. This unclassified colloquium, sponsored by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, explored the architectures and technologies that will form the basis of the upcoming 5G system and how they will affect the U.S. and the world.
